1.  Sign Up

2.  Refer a Potential Loan customer

3.  Get Paid Once Loan is Funded

1.      Sign up - pay $195 (Refundable upon your first loan funding)

The Following is included when you sign up: 

1. Your own business cards delivered to your house
2. Your own personalized web page
3. A Quest Agent's email address to receive emails from your customers and from us
4. A Quest agent’s web portal that allows you to track your applications and see your expected commissions.
5. Free marketing materials
6. Personal coach to lead you every step of the way and answer any questions you may have.

2.   Refer a Potential Loan customer 

Fill out the short application of your referral through the website or fax us the one-page referral application.  This gets automatically transported to one of our experienced loan officers who will contact that customer and find a program that meets their needs.  You can get constant updates of the status of the loan through your Quest Financial Agents Web Portal.  You do not have to do anything else but fill out the short form.

3.   Get Paid Once the Loan is Funded 

Once the deal is funded, you will receive a check for your portion of the commission depending on whether you were a Loan Originator (Agent) or a Recruiter (Sub-Originator) on the loan.

How to obtain more details on commissions:  

Once you've signed up for the Quest program, you will be assigned an Agent account which will provide access to tools to refer, signup, and monitor account services, activities, and status.
 

Direct Referrals of Borrowers Seeking Loans

You will receive a 20% commission of the total charged to the customer in the transaction for referring the loan as a QFM Agent. 

Referrals of Borrowers Made by People You Recruit as Sub-Agents

You receive 5% commission of the total charged to the customer for any transaction that your recruits (sub-agents) refer to Quest Financial Mortgage.

AGENT - SINGLE COMMISSION EXAMPLE

SUMMARY:  This example shows 2 loans, which funded, that you referred as an Agent in one month.   This example also shows 10 of your sub agents submitting two loans each which are successfully funded.

These referrals would result in a commission for your referrals and your Sub Agents referrals totaling  $15,750.00 per month!
